I’m Sarah, and I help people create change that lasts.
I’m a Personal Trainer, Habit Coach and Health & Wellbeing Coach working with people in the community and within GP surgeries.
My work blends movement, mindset and behaviour change — helping people build healthier, happier lives without pressure, guilt, or unrealistic goals.
I take an empathetic, down-to-earth approach because I know how it feels when life feels heavy, or when motivation just isn’t there.
I’ve seen how small, consistent changes can completely shift someone’s health and happiness. That’s what Healthy By Habit is all about — guiding you to create change that feels natural, not forced.

Experience & background
I have experience supporting individuals through personal training and wellbeing coaching across community and healthcare settings. My work is informed by an understanding of behaviour change, physical health and emotional wellbeing, allowing me to support the whole person — not just physical goals.
Alongside private coaching, I have experience working within structured wellbeing environments, which has shaped my calm, professional and supportive approach.
Who I work with
I work with people who are looking for a supportive, realistic approach to improving their health and wellbeing. This often includes individuals who have tried other approaches in the past and are seeking something more sustainable, compassionate and grounded.
